Location:

Inspector (Electrical) – Scotland

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Inspector (Electrical) to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out inspections in customers homes to ensure that energy efficiency measures installed through Warmworks meet industry standards. You will engage with customers to ensure they know how to maximise the benefits of the measures installed to make each property more efficient and save money on energy bills.

You will need to match your technical qualifications and knowledge with an ability to work on your own initiative with a positive, problem-solving attitude and high standards of performance and quality in your work.

Customer Service Advisor – Inverness

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join our busy team as a Customer Service Advisor. With excellent problem-solving and communication skills and a proven track record in providing excellent customer service, you will be enthusiastic and keen to help people. Experience of dealing with vulnerable customers will be an advantage and additional training and support will build on your existing skills. You will be based in our office space in Inverness and will support our customers within the surrounding areas and across Scotland.

Service Quality Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to apply for the position of Service Quality Officer.  The successful candidate will develop and build on processes relating to the successful delivery of quality monitoring across the business. The core purpose of this role is to ensure that Warmworks delivers first-class customer service in all call handling, enquiry resolution and KPI delivery.

To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for customer service, have the capacity for meticulous attention to detail, be a strong communicator and be confident in giving constructive feedback.  You will be required to deliver feedback in writing through our internal quality system, deliver face to face feedback at 1-to-1 sessions as well as provide reports to managers across the business.

You will need to be self-motivated to deliver results with minimal supervision and enjoy working as part of a team which offers strong peer support.
