Retrofit Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retrofit Advisor to join our Retrofit Centre of Excellence team. You will work closely with Retrofit Co-ordinators, Retrofit Assessors, installers, designers and technical teams to support positive outcomes for customers.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer focused Regional Customer Service Officer. You will be a representative of Warmworks based in Edinburgh as part of our inbound customer service team.

To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for customer service and be a confident communicator. You will be expected to go above & beyond for your customers supporting them with tailored advice specific to their needs.

Quality Assurance Inspector

 London and the Greater South East area

An exciting opportunity to join our team in delivering a best-in-class service to customers in London and the Greater South East Region.

You will carry out quality inspections in the home to ensure that any energy efficiency measures installed across Warmworks’ projects meet the required standards. Your practical engagement with customers will help to ensure that they know how to maximise the benefits of the measures installed.

Target-orientated, with relevant qualifications and accreditations, you will use your knowledge and skills to interact positively with installers and householders with an enthusiastic, problem-solving approach.
