Location:

Sub-contractor Co-ordinator – Edinburgh

We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly effective Sub-contractor Team in managing sub-contractor performance across Scotland to ensure that a first-class service is delivered to our customers.

To be successful in this role you need to have enthusiasm for high-quality service and be a confident communicator.  You will be expected to build strong working relationships internally and with the supply chain companies that you work with. You will need to be self-motivated to deliver results with minimal supervision and enjoy working as part of a team which offers strong peer support.

Feedback & Insights Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for  an experienced customer service professional to join our Feedback & Insights Team, maximising the benefit of our customer satisfaction process to support the continuous improvement of Warmworks’ service to our customers.

Along with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in resolving complex issues, you will bring a positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting complaints, appeals and complex casework. Experience of dealing with vulnerable customers will be an advantage and additional training and support will build on your existing skills.

Sub-contractor Co-ordinator – Greater South East

We have an opportunity to join our team working across energy efficiency projects in London and the Greater South East Region. This role will work as part of a team to manage the allocation of work, quality, and performance of our sub-contracted installer partners.

As an excellent communicator, ideally with experience of working within a project environment, you will manage key relationships with our supply chain partners. You will work with the wider team to ensure the successful allocation, management, and delivery of work to achieve project targets.

Your ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders coupled with strong organisational, and problem-solving skills will help to make you the ideal candidate for this rewarding role.
