Feedback and Insights Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join our Feedback & Insights Team, maximising the benefit of our customer satisfaction process to support the continuous improvement of Warmworks’ service to our customers.

Along with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in resolving complex issues, you will bring a positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting complaints, appeals and complex casework. Experience of dealing with vulnerable customers will be an advantage and additional training and support will build on your existing skills.

Project Officer – Newcastle

Fixed Term-12 months

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Officer supporting the planning, monitoring and delivery of projects within Warmworks.

You will  carry out a wide range of customer-focused tasks to ensure effective, high quality delivery of services across several small to medium sized projects.

Your excellent administration skills, commitment to a high quality of customer care and target orientated approach help to make you the ideal candidate for this role.  Experience of working on projects within the domestic energy efficiency sector and working with field based colleagues will be an advantage.
