Sub-Contractor Manager

 Flexible, with the ability to travel across London and the Greater South East area

An exceptional opportunity to join our team working across energy efficiency projects in London and the Greater South East Region. This role will have responsibility for managing our supply chain of sub-contracted installers and other partners to drive excellent standards of performance, quality and best value for our clients.

As an experienced project manager with proven knowledge of the energy efficiency industry, ideally building and managing a supply chain, you will work with the wider team to ensure the successful allocation, management, and delivery of work across our supply chain.

Your ability to build effective relationships with clients, partners and colleagues, coupled with strong performance management skills and commercial acumen will help to make you the ideal candidate for this rewarding role.

Retrofit Assessor

London and the Greater South East area

An exciting opportunity to join our team in delivering a best-in-class service to customers in London and the Greater South East Region.

You will carry out surveys in the home to determine eligibility and to assess the most appropriate measures, products, or services available to meet customer needs. You will produce high quality Energy Performance Certificates, Retrofit Assessments and other technical assessments as required, meeting high standards in performance including customer service, and taking account of the needs of vulnerable customers.

Experienced in domestic energy assessment with relevant accreditations, you will use your knowledge and skills to provide energy efficiency advice with an enthusiastic and positive, problem-solving approach.

Quality Assurance Inspector

An exciting opportunity to join our team in delivering a best-in-class service to customers in London and the Greater South East Region.

You will carry out quality inspections in the home to ensure that any energy efficiency measures installed across Warmworks’ projects meet the required standards. Your practical engagement with customers will help to ensure that they know how to maximise the benefits of the measures installed.

Target-orientated, with relevant qualifications and accreditations, you will use your knowledge and skills to interact positively with installers and householders with an enthusiastic, problem-solving approach.
