Warmworks is working alongside Bridgend County Borough Council to deliver the Caerau Wall Insulation Scheme.
The Caerau Wall Insulation Scheme aims to complete the reinstallation of internal and external wall insulation following work that was carried out on specific homes in Caerau more than a decade ago.
Warmworks will work in partnership with Bridgend County Borough Council and our appointed sub-contractor to support eligible householders through the process, with the aim of making it as smooth as possible.
Householders who are eligible will have received a letter from the Council offering them an opportunity to have their home surveyed with a view to determining what work is required.
Having a survey does not commit anyone to having any further work done but will inform householders of the best solution for their homes.
Once householders have agreed to participate in the wall insulation scheme, Warmworks will manage the whole end-to-end process, ensuring that they receive a first-class, streamlined service.
Below we have outlined a brief overview of each stage of the process.
This will depend on what work needs to be done. Some of the larger scale work can take longer, but we will always try to make sure that any work that is required is completed as efficiently and carefully as possible.
