Ross is Chief Executive of Warmworks, with end-to-end responsibility for the business. He has led Warmworks from its founding in 2015 through to its current position as an established and successful customer-focused, values-driven organisation.
As Managing Director of our Scotland Division, Nicola is responsible for overseeing our Scottish Government contracts, including Warmer Homes Scotland and the Energy-Efficient Scotland: Area-Based Schemes in Orkney, the Western Isles and Inverclyde.
Jill oversees our core business operations including finance, commercial, IT, and reporting and management information.
Simon leads our business development function, developing innovative propositions to support our clients’ goals. He continuously seeks new ideas and solutions for sector challenges and has a track record that includes delivering large-scale, complex government-funded schemes.
Paul manages a range of projects across the UK as the Managing Director of our Local Delivery Division. He joined us in 2019 and has been instrumental in developing these projects into a thriving part of our business.
Simon leads our organisational development focus with the aim of strengthening our culture, values and behaviours as we grow as a business, leading our people, corporate affairs, and workplace safety, facilities, fleet and sustainability teams.
Mark Jeffreys joined Warmworks in July 2024 in a newly created senior role as Chief Financial Officer, reporting to Ross Armstrong.
