Sub-contractor Co-ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sub-contractor Team in managing sub-contractor performance across Scotland to ensure that a first-class service is delivered to our customers.

To be successful in this role you need to have enthusiasm for high-quality service and be a confident communicator.  You will be expected to build strong working relationships internally and with the supply chain companies that you work with.

You will need to be self-motivated to deliver results with minimal supervision and enjoy working as part of a team which offers strong peer support.

Domestic Energy Assessor (Central Scotland)

Join us as one of our team of Surveyors and you’ll be integral to the success of key energy efficiency initiatives, helping to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.

This role involves attending customer appointments, using your expertise and applying it wisely to complete energy assessments in the home and identify improvements that will make each property more efficient and save money on energy bills.

Candidates should consider the following before applying:

  • Are you a DEA qualified?
  • Are you a Retrofit Assessor? (or willing to complete the training)
  • Do you have experience of completing occupancy assessments?
  • Do you have experience of carrying out technical inspections of either cavity wall insulation or heating works?
  • Do you have experience of renewable technologies?
  • Do you have a home broadband connection?
