Regional Customer Service Officers
Grade 1 (£18,103 – £19,976)  | Full time 37 hours per week

Warmworks has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, customer focused Regional Customer Service Officers. You will be a representative of Warmworks based within our head office in Edinburgh as part of our inbound customer service team.

Warmworks Scotland is a joint venture committed to sustainability and contracted by the Scottish Government to deliver the Warmer Homes Scotland scheme, which aims to deliver the best possible help to people in Scotland who are struggling to keep their homes warm and pay their bills.  The scheme delivers advice and energy efficiency improvements, including better insulation and new or repaired heating systems.

The ideal candidate

To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for customer service and be a confident communicator. You will be expected to go above and beyond for your customers supporting them with tailored advice specific to their needs.

You will need to be self-motivated to deliver results with minimal supervision and enjoy working as part of a team which offers strong peer support.

Our Customer Service team currently works Monday to Friday with the following shift pattern worked on rotation:

  • 0900-1700
  • 1000-1800
  • 1100-1900
