Contracts and Compliance Manager

We have two new opportunities to join us at an exciting time for our business. The new positions of Contracts and Compliance Manager and Procurement Manager join our Commercial Team and will support Warmworks across a range of professional services to ensure the highest standards of contract management and procurement.

The Contracts and Compliance Manager will work with key stakeholders to ensure successful contract management across all projects, will advise on contractual and compliance related matters business-wide, and will be responsible for compliance with Data Protection legislation and regulations.

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate previous experience, an in-depth understanding of relevant legislation, as well as being an effective stakeholder manager with proven skills in communication and a collaborative approach.  For further details, please see our job job information pack.

Procurement Manager

In the second of two new opportunities to join our Commercial Team, the Procurement Manager will lead the effective management of purchasing of all goods, materials and services required by Warmworks, will support the effective management of supplier relationships, and be responsible for managing and maintaining Warmworks’ procurement-related data resources, policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable procurement experience, a proven ability to build effective supplier relationships, as well as effective problem-solving skills as a proactive team player.

Regional Customer Service Officer (Edinburgh)

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer focused Regional Customer Service Officer. You will be a representative of Warmworks based in Edinburgh as part of our inbound customer service team.

To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for customer service and be a confident communicator. You will be expected to go above and beyond for your customers supporting them with tailored advice specific to their needs.

You will need to be self-motivated to deliver results with minimal supervision and enjoy working as part of a team which offers strong peer support.
