Inspector

An exciting opportunity to join our team in delivering a best in class service to customers in the London and Greater South East Region.

You will carry out quality inspections in the home to ensure that any energy efficiency measures installed across Warmworks projects meet the required standards. Your practical engagement with customers will help to ensure that they know how to maximise the benefits of the measures installed.

Target-orientated, with relevant qualifications and accreditations, you will use your knowledge and skills to interact positively with installers and householders with an enthusiastic, problem-solving approach.

Regional Project Manager

An exceptional opportunity to join our team working across energy efficiency projects in the London and Greater South East Region. Managing the project delivery team, you will ensure a best in class customer experience throughout the delivery of projects, compliance with contractual requirements, and maintain quality standards across the supply chain.

Project Officer

In this key role within our delivery team, you will support the mobilisation and delivery of domestic energy efficiency projects in the London and Greater South East Region.

Responsible for supporting the planning, monitoring and delivery of projects across the region

You will provide reporting information to the Regional Project Manager and effective administration support to the Project Team.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing a high standard of customer care and be a confident communicator with target-oriented approach. You will ideally be self-motivated to deliver results with minimal supervision, and a good geographical knowledge of London and the Greater South East will be an advantage.

Retrofit Assessor

An exciting opportunity to join our team in delivering a best in class service to customers in the London and Greater South East Region.

You will carry out surveys in the home to determine eligibility and to assess the most appropriate measures, products or services available to meet customer needs. You will produce high quality Energy Performance Certificates, Retrofit Assessments and other technical assessments as required, meeting high standards in performance including customer service, and taking account of the needs of vulnerable customers.

In the second of two new opportunities to join our Commercial Team, the Procurement Manager will lead the effective management of purchasing of all goods, materials and services required by Warmworks, will support the effective management of supplier relationships, and be responsible for managing and maintaining Warmworks’ procurement-related data resources, policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable procurement experience, a proven ability to build effective supplier relationships, as well as effective problem-solving skills as a proactive team player.

Regional Customer Service Officer (Office Based Edinburgh & Lothians)

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer focused Regional Customer Service Officer. You will be a representative of Warmworks based in Edinburgh & Lothians (other areas will be considered and supported by Home Working) as part of our inbound customer service team.

To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for customer service and be a confident communicator. You will be expected to go above and beyond for your customers supporting them with tailored advice specific to their needs.

You will need to be self-motivated to deliver results with minimal supervision and enjoy working as part of a team which offers strong peer support.
