Senior Customer Service Officer (Edinburgh)

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer focused Senior Customer Service Officer to join our team in a leadership role.

You’ll provide day to day supervision for the Feedback and Insights function, sustaining a highly motivated environment and leading a team driven to find solutions for our customers.
