We collect some personally identifiable information from users of our website.

For members of the general public who contact us via the contact forms on our website, your information will be used to respond to your request.
For existing Warmer Homes Scotland customers, your information will be stored until the contract comes to an end. Please note, this is the overall contract and not when the work is completed in your home.
For existing battery storage project customers, your information will be stored until the project comes to an end and for approximately one year afterwards. Please note, this is the overall project and not when the work is completed in your home
For members of the general public, your information will be deleted after a period of three months.
The personal information that is gathered for the purposes of sending you the Communities Newsletter, annual report and customer stories is retained in order to provide you with this ongoing service and we will review it regularly to ensure it is always up to date.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port the information we hold on you.
However, in some cases we will be unable to fulfil your request. If that is the case, we will respond to you in full with the reasons why and direct you to the appropriate organisation that will be able to respond to your request.
