Installer Support Advisor
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Installer Management Team.
You will be joining a highly effective team responsible for direct engagement with our installers to ensure the efficient progression and coordination of installations in line with SLA’s, agreed processes and quality standards.
You will also engage directly with customers to support the progress of applications in the installer journey.
To be successful in this role you need to have enthusiasm for high-quality service and be a confident communicator.
