Location:

Installer Support Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Installer Management Team.

You will be joining a highly effective team responsible for direct engagement with our installers to ensure the efficient progression and coordination of installations in line with SLA’s, agreed processes and quality standards.

You will also engage directly with customers to support the progress of applications in the installer journey.

To be successful in this role you need to have enthusiasm for high-quality service and be a confident communicator.

Customer Service Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join our busy team as a Customer Service Advisor. With excellent problem-solving and communication skills and a proven track record in providing excellent customer service, you will be enthusiastic and keen to help people. Experience of dealing with vulnerable customers will be an advantage and additional training and support will build on your existing skills. You will be based in our office space in Edinburgh and will support our customers within the surrounding areas.
